All orders will be delivered via tracked postage methods. We will dispatch your order within 2 working days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
During busy periods, order dispatches may take longer than usual. We will always update you here and on social media during such times.
We will not accept liability for orders that are returned to us after an unsuccessful delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address. We are happy to ship the same order again at the buyers cost.
RETURNS
We hope you are delighted with everything you buy from us, but we do understand that you may need to return things sometimes.
To start a return, you please contact us athello@fabricco.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Our return policy is 30 days from the day you received your order from us, which should allow enough time for you to think about your purchase and decide, if you are happy. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns and issue refunds after 30 days.
Please note that for returns,we can only accept unused items, unwashed with original tags still attached and in the original packaging.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee and a return label is not provided. We recommend using a trackable service when returning your items, we will not accept liability for any lost return shipments.
Once we receive you order, we will check that all products are unused, in the original packaging and with original tags attached.
We will confirm we have received your products. If accepted, refunds will be processed and a credit will be automatically paid to the payment card or the original payment method within 7 working days (processing time on the site of the payment provider).
We only accept refunds for full priced items, unfortunately we cannot accept returns and refunds for sale items.
Delivery costs are non-refundable. The amount refunded will be the amount you paid for your goods excluding shipping costs. We will deduct the shipping costs from the total order amount.
We cannot accept returns of custom orders and cut fabric.
Damages and issues
If you have identified a fault within 30 days of purchase, then you can return the item under our normal returns procedure.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your order contains an item that has been damaged or arrived with a defect, please contact us on hello@fabricco.co.uk and please include your order number and a photo(s) of the damaged or defective product.
We only accept exchanges for damaged and defective items, we cannot accept exchanges for alternative product or product variation (e.g. different colour etc.). If you wish to order a different product, please return the unwanted products and place a new order.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
