Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact us at hello@fabricco.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning your package. Items returned without prior authorisation cannot be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with original tags still attached.

Proof of Purchase

We kindly ask for proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt, order confirmation, or original packaging with shipping details.

Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for return shipping, and we recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot accept liability for lost returns.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund within 7 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note, delivery charges are non-refundable, and the refunded amount will exclude shipping fees.

We only accept returns for full-priced items; sale items are non-refundable. We cannot accept returns of custom orders or cut fabric.

Damages and Defects

If the item is defective or damaged, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll help resolve the issue. We can only exchange defective items and cannot offer exchanges for different products.

Incorrect Address

We are not liable for returns due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If the order is returned, we can reship it at the buyer’s cost.
